CONNECTICUT HERE I COME!

Alrighty then! Good golly guys I'm so excited. I'm going to be leaving to be a nanny in only three weeks! ONLY THREE WEEKS! I realize there is so much stuff to do before I go. I got a call from Laura, the mom of the family I'm working for, saying that she would love to have me come and be a nanny for her family for the next year. Obviously I said yes. Ha ha this is going to be such an adventure. I've never been to the east cost, let alone so ridiculously close to New York City. This next year is going to be full of amazing adventures and lots of pictures. This is the family. Two kids ages 8 and 6, and they love to be outdoors. I haven't met them in person yet but I got to talk with the kids on the phone on Monday and they sound so adorable! I am just so excited! Well that's enough of my blabbering for now, there will definitely be more to come. Enjoy my crazy life!

WAITING

Waiting is probably the hardest thing in the world for me. I like to have things done quick and the results even quicker. Today i have spent my day waiting, which has probably made it so it goes by even slower. Let me explain. I got an email last night from the family in Connecticut. Laura is the mothers name, the email said "I would love to call you tomorrow and talk with you about having you come to work for us" so today I've been waiting. Obviously she wants me to work for her, I'm not worried at all about that, but I just want to actually hear it and figure out all the details. Hopefully I'll get a call soon from her and I'll post it on here for sure! Well that's all for tonight so good night!!

First Post!

Alright here is my first post, hopefully I do great!

So a little about what's going on. I've been with a nanny agency since January and these last two weeks I've had alot of interviews and three with one family from Connecticut. I'll know by the end of the week if I get the job. I am really hoping that I will get it! I've been praying and I feel like I would fit in great in this job.

Its in Fairfield Connecticut, and the family has two kids. I am so excited to hear about this week. I'll keep you posted on what happens.
